What is your return policy?

Any and all items that you have purchased can be sent back for a 100% refund (you must pay shipping if not defected) within 30 days of the purchase.

What are the shipping options?

As of now, we are confined to only US shipping. However, no matter the size, or lack there of, shipping is always free!

What do I do if I never received my item(s)?

If your item fails to get to you, that means there was a problem with shipping or a clerical error on our end. With that, we will diligently work to send your items to you.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

If you received a defective order than we request you send a photo of the package/item. Then, we will re-send you your items with no charge to you.

How do I make changes to an order that I've already placed?

If after already submitting your purchase and you wish to subtract items, let us know through the contact page on our site. We will then refund and cancel whatever you decided you do not want.
